Greetings from Gretchen

Dear Alumnae,

The Christmas season is upon us, and the campus, which had been filled with joy and laughter since our students returned from Thanksgiving vacation, is quiet once more. Head of School Meg Bradley has settled in and has had the opportunity to meet many of you. The traditions that many of you are familiar with continue. Our holiday celebrations culminated with Christmas dinner and Candlelight Mass.

Our annual Christmas in the Hacienda was attended by alumnae and alum parents who were treated to several songs by our Chamber Choir. We remain grateful to Liz Holt Protell '64, who has decorated our Christmas tree for the past six years.

Christmas Mass will be celebrated at 4:00 p.m. in the Rosary Chapel on Saturday, December 24. Alumnae and their families are welcome.

Merry Christmas and blessings to you and yours in the new year.

Kind regards,

Gretchen Mueller Burke '83

Reunion 2017

Classes ending in 2 and 7 will celebrate their milestones on March 10 and 11, 2017. Please visit the Reunion 2017 page of our website for more information. Chapter Gatherings

We have a full schedule of chapter gatherings taking place in the new year, and we hope to see you! Please check out the schedule of events.

Benefit Celebration: We need your help ...

Santa Catalina's 35th Annual Benefit Celebration is on February 18, 2017, and we would love to see alumnae involved! We are creating a Los Angeles package for the Live Auction, which would include a main experience, a secondary experience, and a hotel stay. We are open to what those experiences might be, such as a backstage tour of a movie set with a meet and greet or a private tour of a museum. This package should be for four people so that a family may attend. In order to allow production time for the auction catalog, we need to finalize all details by January 15, 2017. For more information or ideas, click here or email Gretchen.

Class Notes

Attention classes ending in odd numbers! Class notes and photos are due to your class correspondents by January 15, 2017; their names and emails can be found on this Google Sheet. You can also submit photos and notes directly on our website.
