Basketball Clinic (Session A only): This in-depth clinic meets for 3 hours each afternoon, Monday through Friday. It is a wonderful opportunity for girls who are interested in learning the skills that are necessary to be competitive in middle school and high school basketball programs. A warm-up and conditioning period, basic skills and drills, and game strategy will be a part of each practice, led by Santa Catalina varsity basketball coach Leigh White and talented college players. Soccer Clinic (Session B only): This clinic meets for 3 hours each afternoon, Monday through Friday. It is for girls who are interested in improving individual and team skills in order to compete at the club, middle school, and high school level. In addition to basic conditioning, the clinic focuses on core skills, footwork, and team playing and strategy. This is a great opportunity for dedicated soccer players to continue playing soccer daily while at camp. The clinic will be led by Santa Catalina Varsity Soccer Coach Rod Gilchrist. Water Polo Clinic: Motivated water polo players can choose a morning two-hour water polo clinic, held at our pool through the Monterey Peninsula Water Polo Club. This co-ed club is open to players with a solid background in swimming that want to learn skills to be competitive in high school water polo. High school and college coaches teach the clinic.
