College Applications
For college application deadlines prior to January 15, please turn in the following to Bill Peck as soon as possible:

    •    Current college list, including additions or deletions
    •    Counselor forms, if applicable

Teacher Recommendations
Give teachers plenty of advance notice for writing recommendations. Provide them with:

• College list with deadlines (and forms, if applicable)
• Stamped, addressed envelopes
• Signed waiver form

Read Instructions
Read all instructions carefully before filling out any forms. This will save valuable time.

Copies
Remember to make a copy of all forms sent by mail.

Deadlines
Don’t wait until the last minute! Postmark or submit online applications before the deadlines.

Standardized Tests
Send official SAT, ACT, and TOEFL reports to each college, as applicable:

• SAT - A complete record of previous SAT and Subject tests will be sent unless you have used Score Choice to delete any scores. Colleges will use your highest scores. 
• ACT - If the test was taken more than once, contact ACT to have your highest score sent.

Financial Aid
FAFSA, the primary financial aid form, can be submitted online after January 1. Students should check each of their colleges to determine exact deadlines and see if any additional forms (such as CSS PROFILE) are required.
