    Easter Mass

    Please join us for Easter Mass on Sunday, April 20 at 9:30 a.m. in the Rosary Chapel. Although school is not in session during Easter week, the chapel will be open to the public for this service. You are welcome to bring family and friends to celebrate Christ's resurrection with us.

    Mass Honoring Our Patron Saint

    We would like to thank you and all of our parent volunteers who have supported the Lower and Middle Schools. Please join us at a special mass in honor of our patron Saint Catherine of Siena, whose life of service provides inspiration to our many volunteers. Join us on Wednesday, April 30 at 11:00 a.m. in the Rosary Chapel.

    Summer Reading Program: Grades 1–3

    Santa Catalina will again offer a summer reading program for students entering grades 1 through 3 who could benefit from multisensory practice of literacy skills. This year is a pirate theme and will end with a treasure hunt!

    The Medieval Faire Royal Court convened on April 10, and after the coronation, King Ray Sillano and Queen Alicia Rector took their places on their thrones to begin their annual gathering of all the lords and ladies in the land of Camelot.

    Spring Concert

    This year's Spring Concert — A Tribute to Old Time Rock and Roll — will take place on Thursday, May 22 at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. Students will be performing music from the 1950s and 1960s.

    Community Service

    Dorothy’s Place Brown Bag Project
    In March, the Lower and Middle Schools raised enough money through the Lunch Bag Project to provide 17,355 meals at Dorothy's Place. At Assembly on Friday, April 4, a representative from Dorothy's Place thanked the students in person. Way to go, Cougar students, staff, and families!

    The April flyer for the Monterey Public Library's youth programs is available in the Lower and Middle School office or online. Upcoming children's events include two bilingual puppet shows on Wednesday, April 30.
