Natalie Burke '99 was recently clearing out some boxes from her childhood home when she came across a book she had checked out from Santa Catalina's library in 1997. Ever the good student, she brought it back to school at the start of this year's summer camp, where she's teaching a cooking class.
"Catalina always teaches you to do the right thing, and that was returning the book!" she said.
The book was "The Human Body: An Illustrated Guide to its Structure, Function, and Disorders," so she figures she must have checked it out for an anatomy assignment.
Even though the book was 20 years past due, she didn't receive any work hours.
