Kindness rocks!
Kindness rocks!

Santa Catalina Lower and Middle School second-graders have created a kindness rock garden outside of their classroom.

Students created the garden as part of The Kindness Rocks Project, which aims to send uplifting messages to people when they need it. They painted the rocks in a rainbow of vibrant colors and wrote messages on them such as "dream big," "show love," and "breathe." The rocks are arranged in front of a statue of St. Francis with a wooden sign that explains their purpose: "Take one when you need one, share one with a friend who needs some inspiration, or leave one for another."
