—ALUMNAE VISION STATEMENT
Alumnae are part of our heritage and help shape Santa Catalina’s reputation. The purpose of the Alumnae Association is to engage in activities which:
- Sustain the vigorous and productive programs that encourage alumnae to become interested and involved in the Association and the ongoing development of Santa Catalina
- Provide financial and in-kind contributions that help assure Santa Catalina’s continued ability to provide a high-quality educational experience to students; and
- Promote meaningful and constructive communication among and between all Santa Catalina constituents, including students, faculty, administration, board of trustees, and alumnae.
The Alumnae Council of Directors is the active leadership body of the Alumnae Association, representing alumnae from each decade since 1950. The council consists of an Executive Committee and members. All members serve on one of the following two committees: Admissions and Development. The Alumnae Council meets two times a year.
In addition, there are Chapter Chairs who are not required to serve on the Alumnae Council. The Chapter Chairs are instrumental in reaching out to our alumnae in 15 national cities and three international regions and in keeping our alumnae engaged with the school and with one another.
