Debra Burke

I’m passionate about teaching young students about physical education—how to move our bodies, how to keep our bodies healthy, and how to be fit for life.

Mrs. Burke came to Santa Catalina in 2018 as the middle school athletic director. Hailing from the Bay Area, she previously taught at a K-8 charter school in Los Altos. She enjoys swimming, running, camping, playing water polo, watching Food Network, and shopping at farmers markets. She and her husband, Jon, have two young children, Kai and Michael.
