In an annual tradition at Santa Catalina School, the freshman class organized a spooktacular dinner on Halloween.
Freshmen participated on one of four committees: decorations, public relations, entertainment, or food. Public relations gave a ghostly announcement and made signage; the decorations committee planned decor and a photo booth; the food committee worked with our dining manager to plan dinner and dessert (gummy worm ice cream pie); and entertainment coordinated and emceed a mummy wrapping contest, costume contest, and karaoke.
Following dinner was a full hour of more Halloween fun, which included trick or treating at faculty residences, a trunk or treat with seniors, and the ever-scary Haunted Hills in the senior dorm.
