We are pleased to announce the appointment of Liz Hulme as Santa Catalina's first Director of Health and Wellness. Liz is a familiar face on campus as mother of Betsy '14, sister of Virginia Reeves Apple '89, and a former member of the board of trustees. In her new role, Liz will develop and oversee initiatives that support the physical, mental, and spiritual health of our students, faculty, and staff. Prior to joining Catalina, Liz founded The Integrative Path, a health coaching service in Pebble Beach, and is certified as an Integrative Health Coach from Duke Integrative Medicine. She has an MBA from the University of Southern California and an A.B. from Duke University in history and political science.
Joining Liz is Bonnie Bufkin, MFT, a practicing Marriage and Family Counselor in Carmel. In her role as Guidance Counselor, Bonnie will be a source of social and emotional support as she champions students in becoming their best selves.
