Christmas has officially arrived at Santa Catalina School.
Friday, December 6, was the first day of Kris Kringles, a beloved three-day tradition commonly known as KKs. Overnight, Study Hall became a feast for the Christmas senses after students decorated each other's desks with trees, garland, hand-sewn desk covers, and every Catalina girl's favorite thing—snacks. This year, the environmental club R4 is handing out prizes to the "greenest" desks adorned with the most sustainably minded decorations. KKs continue on Monday with the exchange of homemade gifts, followed by class parties on Tuesday.
Of course, this is just the start of Christmas festivities. Please join us on campus for the following events:
- Christmas Concert, featuring the Chamber Ensemble and Choir, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, December 7, in the PAC
- Candlelight Mass at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, December 14, in the Rosary Chapel
- Christmas Eve Mass at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 24
