Championship Courts, as envisioned by Sister Kieran in 1950, were never just about competition. They were about character. Through athletics, students learn by doing. They collaborate, communicate, problem-solve, build resilience, and develop lifelong skills, shaping who they become beyond the classroom.
Now is the time.

Improvements to the athletics complex have been in development for years and are in the school's master plan. These are capital maintenance and improvement projects that are essential for great schools.
The field's upkeep is insufficient to combat gophers, creating holes that are dangerous for athletes. The pool lining is dissolving and the cement deck is deteriorating; both need replacement. The gym heater has failed completely and there are water intrusion issues with the building. In addition, the gym's branding is outdated.
Capital improvements are determined based on deferred maintenance schedules and failing facilities. These decisions are made by the Leadership Team and Board of Trustees. Decisions are made based on the school’s mission and identity, values, vision, goals, and strategic directions (Health and Wellness and Real-World Problem Solving).
The field will be Field Turf Two-Inch Vertex Core with PureFill, a cork-based infill.
