Deposit & Tuition Refund Policies
A $500 non-refundable credit card deposit is due upon enrollment for each session per camper. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total tuition fee. The balance of tuition and other fees is due on or before June 1, 2022.
If your camper is unable to attend camp due to COVID-19-related restrictions, your deposit will be applied to your Summer 2023 camper account. You may pay your deposit by check or credit card. Deposit amounts will be deducted from the total tuition fee.
Tuition payments made prior to these tuition deadlines are refundable, minus the tuition deposit. After June 1, 2022, there will be no tuition refunds or tuition transfers with the exception of COVID-19-related adjustments made at the discretion of Santa Catalina School. No adjustment of fees is made if a child is withdrawn before the end of the period of enrollment, or is dismissed for misconduct.
