Lodging and Transportation
Lodging
Santa Catalina has secured a discounted rate at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel for Reunion Weekend. This is a great option for those who want to be close to campus. The rate is $225.00 per night. Book your room using this link or call 800.233.1234 and reference group code G-SAN3. Reservations must be made by March 3, 2025.
Transportation
Both Uber and Lyft are readily available in Monterey. It’s about $7.00 from downtown Monterey and $15.00 from Carmel to Santa Catalina.
Airports
The closest airports to Santa Catalina are Monterey Regional Airport (MRY), San Jose International Airport (SJC), and San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
To get to Monterey from SJC or SFO, you can take the Monterey Airbus, which will drop you off at the Monterey Shuttle Station in downtown Monterey (438 Calle Principal, between Jefferson and Franklin in front of the parking garage).
The Monterey Airport is close enough to take a taxi or an Uber/Lyft to your hotel or to campus.
Parking on campus
Parking is available on campus. We highly recommend carpooling or taking a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to cut down on congestion on Friday when school is in session. Accessible parking is also available. If you anticipate needing this, email the Development Office and we will ensure you have a spot as well as assisted transportation around campus if needed.
