Santa Catalina School seeks a qualified Upper School Admission Office Coordinator beginning in Spring 2018. The Admission Office Coordinator plays an essential role as a member of the admission team. The position is a combination of administrative and office support and requires collaboration with other school offices. The Admission Office Coordinator is often the first point of contact for prospective parents, students, and the community at large. This position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and communication skills, and it demands a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Santa Catalina School seeks an Assistant or Associate Director of Admission to become a member of our dynamic admission team. We are looking for an energetic, articulate team player who is passionate about all-girls education in a boarding school environment and who is a positive role model for young women.
This position's title and responsibilities will be determined by previous admission experience. The position requires travel to recruiting fairs and to interface with the public. Santa Catalina School seeks its next Assistant Director of Summer at Santa Catalina, an all-girls resident and day summer camp held on campus in Monterey, CA, serving approximately 215 campers, ages 8-14. This person should be passionate, joyful, creative, detail-oriented, and have strong management skills. This person assists the director in all aspects of camp planning.
